All orders in stock will be shipped same day (before 1pm GMT/BST).
Made to order items are shipped within approximately 10-working days.
Free Royal Mail Next day shipping is still available on all orders.
Free shipping: All orders are currently being delivered in the usual timeframe of 3-5 days with a tracking number available.
DHL Express shipping: Now available at checkout, orders will be received in 1-2 business days.
USA & CANADA
Free shipping on orders over £95 via DHL Express: Orders will be received in 2-3 business days.
REST OF THE WORLD.
DHL Express: Orders will be received in 2-3 business days.
Shipping days are business days only, Mon-Fri.
Items that are made to order (or preordered) are subject to longer processing times, this will be made clear at time of purchase i.e. Solid gold or custom items
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or customs charges.
Item may be stopped at customs for inspection, we are not able to intervene with this process and may slow international orders.

All orders may be subject to delays and limitations due to COVID-19.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. Within the first 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us detailing that you would like to return the item. Then simply send us the original item back within 30 days to receive a full refund or exchange. Use the contact us page, detailing your order number to request your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
